Professor Tardieu is Professor of Paediatrics and Head of Paediatric Neurology Unit, Le Kremlin Bicêtre, Paris, France. He completed his graduate and undergraduate training at the Université de Paris, France, the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium and at Harvard Medical School. His particular fields of clinical and research interest are: paediatric neurology, infectious and immunological diseases of the brain, HIV-1 infection, MS in children and herpes encephalitis. Professor Tardieu is a Board member of the European Paediatric Neurology Society which is dedicated to promoting clinical care and scientific research in the field of paediatric neurology.
